Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information My TCG Shop collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to both vendors who sign in and customers who browse or purchase.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name and email address when you register as a vendor.
• Checkout information: the customer name, email, and phone number you provide when you reserve or purchase cards.
• Inventory information: the card listings, prices, and notes that vendors add to the display case.
• Usage information: basic device and interaction data needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Buylist & trade submissions: the name, email, and phone number you provide, plus the card details and asking prices in your offer, when you submit a sell or trade offer to a vendor.
• Guest-import partner data: card details uploaded by a partner through a vendor-generated guest-import link, attributed to the partner for payout.
• Public marketplace data: card names, set names, conditions, prices, and the vendor's public contact details and location are shown in the nationwide marketplace so collectors can find and reach vendors.

2. How we use it

• To operate the display case, process reservations and payments, and activate subscriptions.
• To attribute sales to the correct vendor and calculate payouts.
• To provide support and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Payments

Online card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; card data is collected and secured by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. See Stripe's privacy policy for how it handles payment data.

4. Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the Service — primarily with Stripe for payments. We do not sell your personal information. Vendor inventory and sales data may be visible to the store operator for payout accounting. Buylist and trade submissions are visible to the targeted vendor. Event kiosk pages display participating vendors' public booth information to attendees. The nationwide marketplace publicly displays card listings, prices, and each vendor's public location and contact details so collectors can search and reach vendors.

5. Data retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to these retention needs.

6. Cookies & local storage

The Service uses local browser storage to remember preferences such as the active show and cart contents. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

• You may access or correct your account information from the Service.
• You may request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing panel.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and vendors must be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
